What it is

VO₂ max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during all-out exercise. Wearing a mask that analyzes every breath, we measure it directly during a graded test on a treadmill or bike — the gold standard for aerobic fitness.

Why it matters

VO₂ max is the single best measure of aerobic capacity and one of the strongest predictors of endurance and long-term health. It also defines your true training zones — so conditioning is built on data, not guesswork.

What to expect

A progressive test that ramps up until you hit your max, usually 10–15 minutes, with a mask measuring expired air the whole time. We come away with your VO₂ max, thresholds, and heart-rate zones.

Stop training by feel. Know your real zones, target the right intensities, and re-test to prove your engine is growing.
